Key responsibilities
  • Process new business application transactions and handle execution accurately and timely
  • Correspond with agents and internal teams about pending cases to ensure smooth operations
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance and annuities fields
  • Working knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures
  • 1-2 years of processing claims experience, including death claims
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
