Job Summary
Working remotely within the United States, the full-time Annuities Support Analyst will process new business applications, correspond with agents and departments regarding pending cases, and ensure elite customer service while adhering to SEC guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Process new business application transactions and handle execution accurately and timely
- Correspond with agents and internal teams about pending cases to ensure smooth operations
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance and annuities fields
- Working knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures
- 1-2 years of processing claims experience, including death claims
- Excellent grammar and writing skills
