Job Summary
A company is looking for an Annuity-Associate Call Center Professional, Licensed, Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional call experiences without relying on scripts, focusing on problem resolution from start to finish
- Building rapport with diverse callers, navigating systems, and ensuring quality and first-call resolution
- Assisting individuals in achieving financial clarity and providing support for various financial products and programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience, with post-Secondary education preferred
- Experience in annuities and successfully completing FINRA Series 6 exams within 90 days of hire/transfer
- Ability to handle complex customer interactions and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for training from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday, and working a full-time schedule between 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday
- Passing a background check (criminal and financial)
