Job Summary
A company is looking for an Annuity Call Center Professional, Licensed, Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional call experiences without relying on scripts, focusing on quality and first-call resolution
- Assess caller situations, navigate systems, and present complex solutions with clear and positive language
- Support clients in achieving financial clarity and meaningful lives through dedicated service
Qualifications & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-Secondary education preferred
- Experience in annuities and successful completion of FINRA Series 6 exams within 90 days of hire/transfer
- Experience in navigating complex customer interactions and contributing to continuous improvement
- Training schedule from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday, with full-time work hours between 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday
