Job Summary

A company is looking for an Annuity Case Management Specialist to manage annuity transactions from submission through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming requests such as financial requests, address changes, and beneficiary changes
• Review follow-ups and proactively resolve issues with internal and external customers
• Ensure accuracy in data received and approve payment releases based on authority level

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in annuity, retirement, or finance, or a bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to master multiple systems and adapt to changing environments
• Maintain productivity and quality above team standards
• Experience in providing outstanding customer service
