Annuity Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager (Annuity) to provide personalized service to financial advisors while working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor new business submissions and manage issues through resolution
• Complete suitability reviews for annuity applications and ensure timely processing of cases
• Communicate with advisors to provide updates on contract status and resolve complex service issues

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience
• One year of experience in financial services operations or a related industry
• Knowledge of annuity products and operations preferred
• Strong customer service orientation
• PC skills for data entry and documentation
