Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Annuity Case Manager will manage new business cases from application submission through contract issuance, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service while collaborating with advisors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage annuity new business cases from application submission through contract issuance
• Review applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance requirements
• Partner with advisors and internal teams to resolve processing issues and conduct suitability reviews

Required qualifications

• 0-3 years' experience in customer service, preferably with annuity processing knowledge
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external clients
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ownership of commitments
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
