Job Summary
Detail-oriented and compliance-focused, the full-time remote Annuity Case Manager will manage the post-proposal, pre-funding journey for a book of Annuities agents, handling administrative tasks from proposal to funding while allowing agents to concentrate on client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own the case from proposal to funding, ensuring smooth transitions and timely updates
- Run compliance-critical steps, including OFAC/AML checks, before application data entry
- Manage documentation and data entry accurately in the carrier portal and Salesforce
Required qualifications
- Experience in case management, transaction coordination, or new-business processing
- Understanding of compliance boundaries and administrative support roles
- Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to learn multiple carrier-specific systems
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multi-step workflows
- Capacity to concurrently support 2-3 agents' pipelines effectively
