Job Summary

To support the growth of a nationally recognized insurance marketing organization, the full-time remote Annuity Growth Strategy Director will manage relationships with agents, recruit new agents, and collaborate with carrier partners to enhance business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, sharing Indexed Annuity opportunities and updates
• Recruit and onboard new agents looking to grow their business
• Collaborate with carrier partners to strengthen relationships and maximize value

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in life or health insurance as an agent or wholesaler
• Strong interest in supporting agents in the annuity marketplace
• Experience in contributing to marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives
