A company is looking for an IA Operations Technical Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Process complex annuity transactions from application through claim, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Review applications and legal documents for completeness and adherence to guidelines
• Perform accounting-related tasks to calculate and process distributions and claim payments

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in financial services or insurance, with exposure to individual annuities
• Ability to interpret and apply accounting principles and legal documentation
• Working knowledge of insurance industry software and basic accounting/math
• Bachelor's degree preferred
