Job Summary
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time Annuity Operations Specialist will identify efficiency opportunities, collaborate with Third Party Administrators and internal partners, and document workflows while working in a hybrid or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review product and distribution requirements to assess business impact, including systems and workflows
- Collaborate with IT to translate business requirements into system capabilities and document current and future state workflows
- Identify areas for process improvement through analysis and project planning with Third Party Administrators
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in the life insurance and annuity industry focused on operations processes
- Current knowledge of the Annuity/Retirement Solutions Operations environment and platforms
- Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to identify operational risks and improvement opportunities
- Data analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
