Annuity Platform Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team to enable and support technology solutions across the annuity distribution ecosystem, the full-time Annuity Platform Manager, Distribution Partner Integration will manage day-to-day team priorities, drive backlog execution, and ensure seamless integration with key annuity vendor platforms, with the option to work remotely or from locations in Newport Beach, CA; Omaha, NE; or Charlotte, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of system analysts and developers, overseeing work prioritization and delivery
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors for integration efforts
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes using LEAN, Agile, and AI-enabled solutions to optimize workflows

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems analysis, business systems, or technology delivery roles
• Deep expertise in the annuity lifecycle, including product configuration and distribution models
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong systems analysis skillset, including requirements elicitation and functional design
• Experience with annuity vendor ecosystems, such as policy administration platforms and order entry tools
