Ansible Automation Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Ansible Automation Consultant will conduct use case design sessions, create automation content for various tasks, and facilitate workshops to enhance automation processes in a comprehensive manner.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct design sessions to draft automation product roadmaps and sprint definitions
- Create automation content for server decommissioning, configuration drift remediation, and compliance checks
- Facilitate discussions on security boundaries and develop standard ServiceNow tickets for end-user self-service
Required qualifications
- Experience with Ansible Automation Platform and automation content creation
- Familiarity with IBM Storage Scale and related failover processes
- Knowledge of BMC REST API and ServiceNow ticketing systems
- Ability to obtain a security clearance as a US Citizen
- Proven experience in conducting workshops and facilitating technical discussions
