Job Summary

Answer Engine Optimization Manager, responsible for leading the AEO/GEO program in a full-time capacity, focusing on optimizing brand visibility and engagement in AI-driven search environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute SailPoint's AEO strategy and roadmap aligned with pipeline and brand objectives
• Manage AEO and SEO analytics, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvement
• Collaborate across functions to enhance content strategy and technical SEO for better visibility in AI engines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content strategy, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with AEO/GEO and enterprise SEO monitoring platforms
• Strong technical SEO foundations, including schema, structured data, and log file analysis
• Understanding of LLMs and their content selection and citation behaviors
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive action
