Job Summary

Providing essential communication support, the part-time Answer Line Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare facilities during overnight shifts, ensuring high-quality customer service and accurate information sharing.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls, delivering exceptional customer service to patients and providers
  • Follow up proactively with physicians and patients regarding hospital visits and care coordination
  • Ensure accurate data entry in the electronic health record while maintaining patient privacy and security as per HIPAA guidelines
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Must reside in the Greater St. Louis area
  • Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends
