Anthropology Adjunct Faculty Member

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Anthropology Adjunct Faculty Member.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate courses, create and revise course content, and engage in curriculum development reviews
• Provide effective academic instruction, counseling, and mentoring to learners
• Respond to learner inquiries, provide feedback on assignments, and submit final grades within specified timeframes

Qualifications:

• Professional experience related to the mentoring assignment and a minimum of three years of online teaching experience
• Terminal degree in a related field or an accredited college degree equal to or higher than the degree sought by the assigned learner
• Experience with online instruction and learning management systems, preferably Canvas LMS
• Expert knowledge in the discipline of anthropology
• Active license in psychology, counseling, therapy, marriage and family, or other related social or behavioral science discipline (preferred)
