To support a growing legal practice, the full-time salaried Anti-Trust Litigation Attorney will manage complex litigation cases, provide legal counsel, and represent clients in court proceedings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee anti-trust litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Provide legal advice and strategic direction to clients regarding anti-trust matters
- Represent clients in court and during negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
