Antitrust Consultant

Job Summary

To support clients with Antitrust compliance needs, the full-time remote Antitrust Consultant will leverage advanced analytics, including machine learning and generative AI, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective workflows and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on predictive coding and AI for compliance with regulatory requests and litigation
• Consult with external stakeholders to determine appropriate analytics tools and workflows
• Document and transfer knowledge to internal teams to enhance technology-assisted review workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree (JD or MBA) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in an eDiscovery capacity
• Proficiency in Relativity and experience with Technology Assisted Review utilizing machine learning and/or GenAI tools
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models and experience crafting prompts for LLMs
• Second Request (DOJ or FTC) experience strongly preferred
