Job Summary

Seeking an experienced antitrust lawyer, the full-time Senior Specialist Legal Editor will create and maintain legal content, support AI-driven legal solutions, and collaborate with a team in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write, and maintain clear legal content aligned with market practices and customer needs
• Review and edit content produced by colleagues and external contributors
• Stay updated on legal developments to ensure content accuracy and relevance

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• At least 8 years of experience as an antitrust lawyer in a law firm or in-house in the US
• Extensive knowledge of Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act filings and antitrust risk-shifting provisions in M&A transactions
• Familiarity with legal databases such as Practical Law's What's Market
• Strong writing skills with a passion for clear legal communication
