Antitrust Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

To support legal operations, the full-time Antitrust Litigation Counsel will manage antitrust litigation matters, provide legal advice, and collaborate with internal teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee antitrust litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Provide legal guidance on antitrust compliance and regulatory matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement legal strategies

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
• 5+ years of experience in antitrust litigation or related legal fields
• Strong understanding of antitrust laws and regulations
• Experience working in an in-house legal department preferred
