Job Summary
To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time Antitrust Litigation Counsel will manage antitrust litigation matters, provide legal advice on compliance issues, and develop strategies for case management in an in-house setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee antitrust litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Provide legal counsel on antitrust compliance and regulatory matters
- Develop and implement litigation strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one state
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in antitrust litigation or related legal practice
- Strong understanding of antitrust laws and regulations
- Experience working in an in-house legal environment is preferred
