Job Summary
To support legal initiatives, the full-time Antitrust Litigation Counsel will manage antitrust litigation matters and provide legal counsel on compliance issues in an in-house setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of antitrust litigation, including strategy development and case management
- Provide legal advice on antitrust compliance and regulatory matters to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with external counsel and manage relationships with regulatory agencies
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in antitrust law or litigation
- Strong understanding of antitrust regulations and compliance issues
- Experience working in an in-house legal environment is preferred
