Antitrust Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

To support legal initiatives, the full-time Antitrust Litigation Counsel will manage antitrust litigation matters and provide legal counsel on compliance issues in an in-house setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of antitrust litigation, including strategy development and case management
• Provide legal advice on antitrust compliance and regulatory matters to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with external counsel and manage relationships with regulatory agencies

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in antitrust law or litigation
• Strong understanding of antitrust regulations and compliance issues
• Experience working in an in-house legal environment is preferred
