AP Halt Analyst
Job Summary
Assisting with the resolution of halted invoices, the full-time remote AP Halt Analyst will manage daily communications with approximately 125 locations, ensuring timely responses and recommendations to reduce halted invoice counts and aging percentages.
Key responsibilities
- Daily contact with assigned locations regarding halt resolution and invoice processing
- Completion of daily tasks including high email volume responses, halt clearing, and aged halt resolution
- Maintain a monthly average of 9% or less for invoices halted more than 45 days and assist with monthly halt accrual reporting
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-volume accounts payable department
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant accounting coursework
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Dependable self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience with AS400 preferred
