Key Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding, training, and escalation resolution for AP Payments Fulfillment
• Facilitate vendor enrollment in electronic payment options and ensure accurate vendor profiles
• Track payment activity, maintain documentation, and monitor compliance with payment controls

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts payment operations or financial operations
• Familiarity with accounts payment processes and vendor payment workflows
• Ability to manage high-volume transactional work
• Experience in safeguarding confidential financial data and PII
• Knowledge of data security and privacy policies
