AP Seminar Teacher
Job Summary
Seeking a part-time AP Seminar Teacher, the role offers a fully remote opportunity to teach AP Capstone courses, delivering 2-3 hours of live instruction weekly while guiding students through independent research and collaborative inquiry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely teach AP Seminar and/or AP Research to a small class of students
- Guide students through AP Capstone performance tasks and craft engaging asynchronous learning activities
- Utilize LMS, College Board resources, and Zoom to deliver engaging lessons and instruction
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
- Current College Board AP Seminar/AP Research certification
- Direct experience teaching AP Seminar and/or AP Research through the College Board's AP Capstone program
- Strong knowledge of College Board scoring rubrics and performance task requirements
