AP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AP Specialist for a remote position in Westmont, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pro-actively support finance and facility teams to deliver expected service levels to the Client
• Process various types of accounts payable transactions in a high-volume environment
• Correspond with suppliers and account team, respond to inquiries, and reconcile vendor statements

Required Qualifications:

• Three to Five years of related accounts payable work experience
• Associate degree or above preferred
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Access
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the Firm and interface with external vendors
• Customer service/client interfacing background
