APAC Licensed Legal Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Consultant - Contract Negotiation (APAC, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation of investment-related NDAs, Engagement Letters, and other contracts
• Manage the entire contract process from initial review to document execution
• Collaborate with global team members to ensure efficient and timely negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Law in any APAC jurisdiction or an APAC-based expat with US/UK/European qualification
• Must be based in an APAC time zone
• 5+ years of corporate/transactional law experience, in-house or private practice
• Experience negotiating investment-related NDAs and Engagement Letters independently
• Familiarity with asset managers or financial services firms is preferable but not essential
