APAC Partner Development Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the APAC Partner Development Manager will drive regional partner development, activate and enable partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional strategies to enhance Supabase's presence across the APAC market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new partners across various functions, building a regional pipeline of prospective partnerships
• Localize and activate globally-sourced partnerships for the APAC market, ensuring alignment with regional needs
• Collaborate with sub-function leads to adapt global strategies for effective regional execution and represent Supabase at APAC events

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles, specifically within APAC
• Proven ability to manage multiple partner motions, including technology integrations and the startup ecosystem
• Experience in establishing a regional function within a previously centralized organization
• Strong commercial judgment and an established network of senior-level partner connections in APAC
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, capable of addressing regional deviations from global strategies
