APD Appraiser - Insurance License Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for an APD Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an industry-leading claim experience for all policyholders and claimants
• Write, review, and issue payment for vehicle repairs or vehicle replacement
• Create accurate vehicle repair estimates, review supplemental requests, and prepare total loss evaluations

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of successful experience handling insurance claims
• Strong experience using CCC software in writing estimates preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain insurance licenses in multiple states
• Strong technical understanding of repair process and alternative parts options
• Familiarity with claims best practices required
