Apheresis Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Apheresis Telerecruiter to recruit blood donors and manage appointment scheduling remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact current apheresis and/or whole blood donors by telephone to recruit for donation
• Schedule appointments to maximize daily donor participation
• Maintain accurate records of donor contacts and appointments to ensure adequate donor availability

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to work on a team and experience with computers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during the initial training period of 4-6 weeks
• Combination of education and experience must meet the minimum requirements
