Apheresis Telerecruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Apheresis Telerecruiter to recruit blood donors and maintain records remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact current donors by telephone to recruit for donation and escalate difficult calls as needed
• Schedule appointments to maximize donor participation each day
• Maintain daily production standards for calls and appointments, and keep accurate records of donor interactions

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to work on a team and experience with computers
• Customer service experience is required
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule during the initial training period of 4-6 weeks
