Job Summary

A company is looking for an Apheresis Telerecruiter to recruit blood donors and maintain appointment schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact current apheresis and/or whole blood donors by telephone to recruit for donation
• Schedule appointments to maximize donor participation each day
• Maintain accurate records of donors and appointments to ensure sufficient donor availability

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to work on a team and experience with computer systems
• Experience in customer service
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule during the initial training period of 4-6 weeks
