Key Responsibilities

• Contact current apheresis and whole blood donors to recruit for donations and schedule appointments
• Maintain daily production standards for calls and appointments to meet collection goals
• Keep accurate records of donors contacted and appointments scheduled to ensure donor availability

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Up to one year of related experience
• Telephone and customer service or telemarketing experience required
