API Automation Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Lead - API Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain API automation frameworks using ReadyAPI and/or Karate
• Validate Kafka-based event-driven systems and perform various types of testing for RESTful APIs
• Provide test metrics and reports while ensuring adherence to QA best practices and improving automation frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with API Testing using ReadyAPI and/or Karate
• Good knowledge of Kafka-based event-driven systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services
• Experience integrating automation tests with CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and HTTP methods
