API Deployment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an API Deployment Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with top API partners and serve as their primary technical point of contact
• Oversee post-sale success, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for key accounts
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to address partners' content generation needs and architect scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management
• Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with data tooling and BI systems (SQL, BigQuery, Retool, etc.)
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders
