API Deployment Manager
Job Summary
To support strategic API partnerships, the full-time API Deployment Manager will manage onboarding, adoption, and expansion efforts for key accounts, serving as the primary technical point of contact while working remotely across the US.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain strong relationships with top API partners, ensuring long-term alignment and collaboration
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to align Runway's API capabilities with partners' content generation needs
- Triage and resolve technical escalations, collaborating with Engineering to address API issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management
- Proven experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data tooling and BI systems (e.g., SQL, BigQuery)
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly with executives and leaders
