API Developer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an API Developer to deliver RESTful API solutions for Contact Center integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs for middleware and partner applications
- Prepare test environments and execute system tests, including user acceptance tests
- Perform capacity and performance testing of APIs and ensure secure processing of Order Management actions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software and systems development
- Minimum 1 year of experience in RESTful API development and management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (C#, .NET) and various databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Familiarity with cloud-based PaaS and IaaS offerings such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
