API Developer

Job Summary

API Developer, responsible for maintaining integration with the Checkmate API service, coding, testing, and debugging applications, and working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain integration with the Checkmate API service, adding support for new features and resolving issues
• Design, code, test, and document new programs and technologies while acting as a liaison between Checkmate and internal teams
• Analyze user data needs and develop solutions that interface with existing applications, ensuring adherence to established standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field
• 2 years of experience in a software developer role
• 2 years of experience building applications on the .Net platform and with .Net Core, C#, and SQL Server
• 2 years of experience with Entity Framework Code First, consuming REST API and JSON data, and Azure Function Apps
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure Web Apps, API Apps, and Logic Apps
