API Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of secure and efficient APIs, the contract API Full Stack Engineer will build and maintain APIs using Node.js and Express, focusing on data access and integration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced REST APIs, including endpoints, authentication patterns, and integration logic
• Integrate APIs with Postgres, Snowflake, and other source systems, ensuring error handling, logging, and performance tuning
• Document data contracts and payload designs to facilitate downstream consumption of enriched provider records

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Node.js and Express
• Advanced proficiency in REST API design, development, and secure data exchange
• Intermediate to advanced experience in integrating APIs with relational databases and data warehouses
• Strong skills in API authentication and authorization methods
• Preferred experience in healthcare or provider data integration
