API Integration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an API Integration Specialist to provide technical integration support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time customer support for API, SSO, and email integrations during U.S. business hours
• Troubleshoot API integrations and SSO configurations, collaborating with external and internal teams
• Construct and execute API calls to test and validate integrations, and support enterprise email integrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-3 years of experience in API integrations, technical support, or a related technical role
• Working knowledge of REST and/or SOAP APIs, including authentication methods
• Experience using API tools (e.g., Postman) or scripting to construct and test API calls
• Understanding of SSO concepts and identity provider configurations; bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred
