A company is looking for a Director, API Platform Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for the external API platform and manage the API product lifecycle
• Lead partner integrations, translating complex requirements into API contracts and building integration patterns
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure API quality, compliance, and alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of product management or engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on API platforms
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping APIs at an API-first or platform-oriented company
• Deep technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions and write clear technical requirements
• Proven track record of shipping integrations that drive measurable business outcomes
• Experience in regulated environments such as financial services or payments is preferred
