API Product Manager

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Pharmacy Product, the full-time API Product Manager will define and drive the roadmap for external API offerings, support integrations with partners, and collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless API experience for clients, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Defines and drives the roadmap for the external API product
• Supports integrations with pharma manufacturers and telehealth provider partners
• Collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and commercial teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of product management or technical experience
• Experience owning a project end-to-end with meaningful trade-off decisions
• Knowledge of product management principles, RESTful APIs, and HIPAA compliance requirements
• Ability to interpret API specifications and collaborate effectively with engineering peers
