API Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of the ERAS external integration ecosystem, the full-time remote API Product Manager will manage the multi-year roadmap for API development, oversee integration initiatives, and ensure data governance and security compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the API roadmap, balancing new capabilities with the retirement of legacy endpoints
• Serve as the product owner for integration initiatives, coordinating across engineering and operational teams
• Establish and enforce business rules for data entitlements and API usage while ensuring compliance with organizational standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 - 7 years of related work experience
• Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of APIs, including sunsetting legacy endpoints
• Experience establishing business rules for data entitlements and ensuring compliance with risk standards
• Ability to manage production health and incident response for mission-critical services
