API Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the API product lifecycle, the full-time API Product Manager will manage strategy, roadmap, design, and delivery of APIs and partner integrations, ensuring integration speed and data provider quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the API product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap, design, delivery, and performance
• Run the public API developer portal, ensuring clear and current documentation for client integrations
• Manage partner integrations and data validation service providers, evaluating performance and maintaining vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fraud, identity, payments, or SaaS platforms
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML)
• Experience managing third-party vendors and partner relationships
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify and Salesforce
• Background in developer experience or API-first product strategy
