Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical product demos and proof of concepts, preparing supporting documentation
• Provide best practices and technical guidance as the internal API expert
• Collaborate with teams to design, troubleshoot, and optimize complex API workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical solutions role within B2B SaaS or data-driven environments
• Skilled in designing and optimizing API workflows, including entity mapping and bulk processing
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations and workflows
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python
• Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales technical support
