Job Summary

A company is looking for an API Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first line of support for customers integrating the API
  • Serve as the "product expert" by answering technical questions about the product
  • Act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams for bug reports and technical issues
  • Required Qualifications:
    • 6 months+ experience in a similar support role
    • Prior customer-facing experience in a high-growth startup environment
    • Some technical experience, ideally from a coding bootcamp or past software engineering job
    • Experience working with REST APIs
    • Demonstrable API knowledge and ability to creatively apply API functionality
