API Workflow Developer

Job Summary

Designing and maintaining cybersecurity automation workflows, the full-time API Workflow Developer will build, test, and deploy SOAR playbooks and integrations remotely while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain SOAR playbooks and automated response actions
• Translate manual cybersecurity processes into scalable automation workflows and develop REST API integrations
• Troubleshoot and monitor deployed automations, ensuring reliability and performance through continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Three to five years of experience in API development, workflow automation, or security engineering
• Hands-on experience with SOAR platforms and proficiency in Python for automation and API integration
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and various authentication methods
• Experience with Git and structured software-development practices
