App Platform Specialist Architect

Job Summary

As a full-time remote App Platform Specialist Solutions Architect, the candidate will provide technical sales support, articulate the value of OpenShift and Red Hat Application Services, and design solutions that enhance developer productivity for enterprise clients, particularly in the Financial Services sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the account team in achieving technical wins as a Subject Matter Expert for OpenShift and App Services
• Deliver presentations, custom demos, workshops, and POCs while addressing product inquiries for proposals
• Develop and maintain reusable technical sales assets and build strong customer relationships

Required qualifications:

• Experience in sales engineering, consulting, or IT architecture supporting enterprise accounts
• Deep knowledge of OpenShift and Application Services products or familiarity with Red Hat-related products
• Understanding of Developer Productivity tooling and Platform Engineering concepts
• Experience with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
