Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Apparel Designer, Athleisure + Outerwear, the ideal candidate will manage the design process for athleisure and outerwear, translating trends into commercially successful products while ensuring alignment with the brand's aesthetic and functionality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate trend, cultural, and fabric insights into elevated product designs
• Create detailed tech packs, CADs, and manage visual line plans for product flow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market efficiently

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in apparel design, particularly in athleisure and outerwear
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally 3D design tools
• Strong knowledge of performance fabrics and garment construction techniques
• Experience managing development calendars and vendor communications
• Ability to thrive in a high SKU count, fast-paced environment
