Apparel Designer, Athleisure & Outerwear

Job Summary

Apparel Designer, Athleisure & Outerwear, is a full-time position requiring an experienced designer to create fashion-forward athleisure and outerwear products, focusing on comfort and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate trends and insights into commercially successful product designs
• Create detailed tech packs and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout development and production
• Research emerging trends and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years in apparel design with a strong portfolio in athleisure and/or outerwear
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally 3D design tools
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and performance fabrics
• Experience in managing development calendars and vendor communication
• Ability to thrive in a high SKU count, fast-paced environment
