Apparel Technical Designer

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Apparel Technical Designer - Women's Lounge / Intimates will bridge the gap between creative design and production execution, ensuring products meet brand standards for fit, quality, and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep understanding of brand aesthetics and conduct seasonal competitive fit benchmarking to refine fit standards
• Create and maintain detailed tech packs and oversee the fit preparation and execution process, including leading fit sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot construction challenges and ensure product quality aligns with brand expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Technical Design, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of Technical Design experience in apparel, particularly in activewear, fleece, knits, lounge, and sleepwear categories
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and pattern corrections
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and experience with tech packs and sample management
• Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment preferred
